Heading to Allentown this weekend for a wedding. Anything I need to check out while in town?

Specifically looking for lunch suggestions for tomorrow and brunch on Sunday.

Do yourself a favor, and stay the hell away from downtown Allentown. If you're going to go out, go to Bethlehem. There's a new Sands casino there that is really nice, and they have revitalized the downtown area, known as the Steel Stacks. Lot of good bars and restaurants down there, and with several universities nearby, always a good scene.
