Do you want IN the District? Most tend to go for surrounding areas...Clarendon, Ballston, etc.

Expect to pay north of $1200 a month in the district. Find 2 or 3 other roommates in Virginia and you should be able to find places for $900-1000 a person

my friend pays 2300 a month for a one bedroom apartment in Crystal City. He is always complaining about it.

I live down in Woodbridge and pay 1550 for a 2 bedroom condo/townhome.
