Possible relocation there with a oilfield service company. Any Ags live in the area or know the area? I've done the Google search and other than the long, cold winters it doesn't look too bad. As a point of reference I have been in Western OK the last 2 years.

I have worked up in the area. Stayed in Williston, worked near Watford City and the indian reservation near Watford City.

I would not move my family to Williston. If I was single maybe, but not a family. If you have the option, live in Minot, but it's about a two hour drive between Minot and Williston. Minot seems like a nice little city.
