I have the master bedroom available in a two bedroom apartment in the Gramercy area of Manhattan NYC. I am looking to sublet January-August (end of the lease term). The room is very large 11 x 18ft with two large closets. My roommate is very easy going, female, late 20s. There are no pets, but they are allowed if you have them.
