I am looking for a new legal assistant. If anyone knows anyone looking for a job, this position is at a small firm. We are looking for somebody that would start off answering the phone and doing a few other duties and work their way up to more responsibilities.

what kind of job are you looking for? I'm not that well connected, but occasionally I hear about jobs in other fields. You need to get up here before July (beer festival).

@OasisMan, I'm originally from NY. My skiing friends typically opt to go skiing in Vermont for a weekend trip.

Yes, I have family in the Portland area, so I stay there over my breaks. I'm definitely going to try and find an internship there next summer.
