Hey guys, my best friend is moving to NYC, and looking for a place to live. He is open to living anywhere that isn't Jersey. Does anyone know of an available place?

If I may, why not Jersey? Many areas across the Hudson offer easy access to the city without the prices of the city- some offer easier access to the "cool" areas of NYC than many locations in NYC itself offer.

Not sure what he has against Jersey. He wont have a car so I think he's wanting to be closer to work.
