I'm throwing together a trip in February to NOLA and looking for hotel recs.
1) Don't want super expensive but don't want a shanty either. Maybe $200ish a night.
2) Close to Bourbon St & other areas of interest in the city.
3) Limited time will be spent in hotel, so only perk I care about is hotel bar
