There are good and bad areas like most places. You get more change of seasons and over all milder temperatures. People in general are more "clickish" but I've made some good friends here, it just takes time.

Lived here 9 years. Put 3 kids through high school and into A&M. It's a good place to live. Like other towns, there are good parts and bad parts.
