As a Utah implant i get sick of hearing nothing but talk of the Utes and Cougars. It would be refreshing watch games with more Aggies than all these yankees.

Where are you located? We have a utah ag club that gets together for games. There's been some talk of a ski day as well.

Howdy Utah Ags -

I have a townhome in Brian Head that I have as a vacation rental. Unfortunately, due to the breakup of an engagement, I no longer come to Las Vegas or Southern Utah as I did before. Brian Head is closest to Cedar City - about three hours north of Vegas. The townhome was bought from the developer and was the model so the furnishings and decor are decorator quality. I am selling it fully furnished and set up for a vacation rental. I am happy to help someone learn the vacation rental business if desired.

I have listed it for sale on Zillow and it is still a vacation rental that has very loyal repeat guests. The new owners of Brian Head Ski area have put over $6M in improvements in the ski area for both winter and summer sports.

My dad and I are flying into salt lake, but have a car waiting on us in Logan... just trying to figure out the middle logistics.
