Hi All, my twin sister (SMU grad) and her husband (early 30s), along with their mut have relocated from NY to LA for work. She's an actor and he's in post production for HBO. She was most recently seen as one of the main characters on Fox's Gracepoint that just ended before Christmas. They do not know the area well at all, but need to get into an apartment/condo soon so they can settle in and get ready for the audition season to heat up. They are looking for a 1-2 pet friendly, apartment/condo/duplex/townhome. They are looking to rent for a year, then buy assuming things continue to work out for them. I'm looking for Aggies that live out in LA that know the areas well that I (or they) could bounce questions off. They've been looking in Los Feliz, Larchmont, the Grove, Hollywood Hills, Venice, and West Hollywood. Looking to pay up to $2300/month.
