Looking for recommendations for places to eat, drink, see/do in Panama City Beach

Any good Sunday Brunch places (for the wives). We've been recommended to Firefly, but it's a dinner only joint. Any other suggestions?

I've heard Chan's Craft Bar is a good bar in town (and one of the few good ones so I've heard).

We'll be staying at the Splash condos with some friends so we'll spend extensive time on the beach, but would like some ideas for rainy days or when craving a bit more. No kids and we're craft beer nuts so good bar/bottle shop recommendations are definitely appreciated!
