So looks like all the Ambres' family is moving to Va and was looking on advise on service provider.. should I go with Cox Cable or is there a better option...

Ambres, I live in Fairfax and have had both Cox and FIOS. If FiOS is an option in your neighborhood, I'd go with them. Any other local advice you need, just let me know.

We just moved to Belle Haven in Alexandria. I'd recommend going with FIOS if at all possible.
