Anyone have any experience with the American Cruise Lines tour of the Eastern seaboard via the inland waterways cruise ship? We are thinking about trying this in April 2016. I understand you cruise from Charleston SC to Jacksonville Fl with stops in places like Savannah, Hilton Head, etc. Would appreciate any comments--ie, inland tours to take, how to get car from Charleston to Jacksonville? Any help would be appreciated
