Anyone live in LA area? My little girl is going to be in LA over spring break and I got her a Hotel on Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood - area between "the Comedy Store" and "Laugh Factory". Her group wants to do the Hollywood Hills, Beverly Hills, etc. etc.

Can anyone tell me if that area is "safe"? Is it a place you would want to be after dark etc? She will be in a group of 5, all College age girls. The girls have their heads on straight, so its not them I am worried about.

Any advice appreciated.

I live in Sherman Oaks, just on the other side of the hill, and yes it is safe. You will see all walks of life on that street. Just like any big town, be aware of surroundings and take a Uber if they are worried about walking long distances.
