We live in San Antonio, and I am changing CPA's after 20 yrs. I am interested in a CPA that knows real estate well. We were advised to do Cost Segregation in our last several returns but our CPA did not understand it very well. It was mainly for our rentals (Airbnb's). My wife and I are both Realtors - so, full-time in the business.

I saw there was a CPA guy on this site from SA, but I didn't write his name down. I would go possibly go as far as Austin.
