I've got a dozen older wells near San Angelo, TX that I bought a year ago (100% WI, 75% NRI). They're primarily natural gas wells (plus some oil) and have been preforming very well. That said, at today's prices, I'm ready to cash out if an attractive offer were to come in.

I'm primarily a real estate investor and not native to the industry, so wanted to ask if ags in O&G can help: What are the best places to list an oil & gas property to attract the most eyeballs? Or what the typical process for finding buyers for a producing lease?

I would check with small local offset operators that may be interested in this type of package. Also, there are several web based platforms on which you can list the properties.
