I used Manson Family Mortgage. Didn't work out that great. Bunch of hippie chicks with grooming issues and a couple of weird dudes showed up at my house one day and didn't leave for months.

Yes, I would recommend them. It was a pretty simple process. You will need a lawyer to do the closing
