I'm going to dip my toe into the water on this outfit. It seems like a really good idea. Deer leases, camp housing in oil fields, etc.

They build $50,000 homes that are transported to wherever you'd like to drop a home. They're energy efficient, resistant to most of the elements, etc.

Thanks for bringing this here. Very interesting. I've seen something similar, but they were not raising capital at the time. Boxable seems much farther along.

Let's see if I can get my shares. I submitted the request and received a "we'll be in touch" e-mail from them. I have a buddy that told me about them. I checked their website and they seem to have an idea that I think could really take off, particularly with housing prices. I'll pick up about 2500 shares, which will run me a small $2,000 investment. At any rate, figured I'd share with everyone.

This was posted some time back, I recall looking at them a bit. Are they only $50k? I can't find pricing on their site any longer.

Forget what portion of the website I was on, but they're selling them for around $50k each. They're in the process of building new plants so I think they're ramping up.

To me that company has more red flags than a Communist Party rally.

Several red flags here. The fact that you can't get a product delivery date is concerning. Sounds like they are doing the tech start up model but with retail investors. I cannot see how living from round to round outspending your revenue would work in this sector.

I feel like any grand idea that has a "INVEST" button either A) Didn't get enough interest from the expert VC's or B) Is offering such a tiny/fractional share with so many levels of investors that get priority over you that even if it does take off you will only be getting a tiny amount.
