If you know how your company splits insurance costs, and don't mind sharing, I would love to know how your company does it if it does it at all.

Would be good to know the size of company and industry as well.

Example: 20 employees, downstream, 70% of employee only plus 40% of any additional family.

we did a small study recently... the majority of companies that we talked to (about 15) pay about 80% of premium with almost none of the family costs...

our company picks up about 90%

For your company, do they pay 90% of all costs including family, or just employee?

Thanks for the reply!

I pay $440/mo in premiums for me and one child for a PPO with nationwide coverage. I add $50/mo ea for our FSA. Deductible is $500 with MOP being $2,400/yr. Child has equal coverage as I do which includes the dental and vision supplemental. 90/10

My previous company paid up to $1000 per month of health insurance premium per employee which typically covered employee and some family. We also contributed $150 per month to employee HSA account if they chose HSA plan.
