I'm meeting with a potential customer tomorrow for lunch in Las Colinas, Texas

There will be five of us total.

The lunch will probably last around two hours.

I'm looking for a nice restaurant in the area.

More upscale, with a good atmosphere, but not stuffy.

Looking for suggestions since I'm not familiar with the area

Beg to differ. It is better and nicer than a salt grass. It's typically packed Thursday-Sunday. Great food.

The Ranch is more of a custom salt grass, not cookie cutter as far as the building/ambiance

Pacific Table

He chose Via Real. The customer comes first.

If you are going to splurge, I would go with the Filet O'Fish. Seafood generally considered more upscale than hamburgers.
