I have a random idea/saying for a bumper sticker, tshirts, etc that, for the few years since I thought of it, I think would sell. I got the idea from another bumper sticker that is very prevalent and sold millions of. It's not copying it, just using the same connection with people.. don't want to say too much.
Anyway, I assume a patent lawyer is the place to start? What is the cost of getting a patent on something like this? I assume I'd have to make sure it's not patented already, does a lawyer help with that or can I search something on my own?
