I'm selling some stock to partially fund a down payment on a house. I've generally only bought (not sold) over time. How should I prioritize what to sell?

Starting with equities in the red. For the green ones making sure I've held for a year or more.

What else?

Or, if you like what you've got and have significant cap gains, don't sell... pledge the stock in lieu of down payment.

Sell stocks that have market capitalization higher than their intrinsic value compared to other stocks you own.

But selling long term gains is good to lower the tax rate on the gain

Sell all your losers, if there are some you want to keep and a winner you'd like to sell, sell the winner and buy the loser back 31 days. later. Try and net your gains to zero, remember losses can be carried forward.

seriously considering taking some profits in my ONEQ and the QQQ which are two of my largest positions.

NASDAQ up 42% in the past half year!!

I would doubt that is sustainable and there has to be a pullback at some point.
