He's currently trying to create a piece of software that's geared towards residential service trade laborers. His goal is to help them simplify and organize their work every day. Specifically, he's hoping to create something that helps trade laborers do what they actually care about doing - fixing people's problems. I.e., a plumber becomes a plumber because he likes working with his hands and helping people, not because he likes scheduling, paperwork, invoicing, etc..
In addition to that, he is hoping to create more transparency between the technicians and their customers. Doing so can alleviate some of the common pain points that he's identifying through the survey above.
