What are some are the "deals" you have negotiated with spectrum?

Good luck if you can negotiate. Their sales ppl don't GAF usually and it's honestly more gratifying to just pay another company even if it's not much cheaper.


Grande is fantastic for us but I would switch to Google if they didn't have service.

Called to cancel to move to AT&T fully expecting them to discount us.

Went from 300mbps @ $80 / month to 1gpbs @ $55 / month. The upgrade comes with a free line for 12 months on spectrum mobile and can add a 2nd for $30 / month. We already use Verizon and the network for spectrum mobile is Verizon.

Net, we're going from $270/month home internet and mobile to $85/month with tripled internet speed and the exact same wireless coverage & plan. We've had the Spectrum plan for a while so I'm sure a bunch of my savings is just outdated pricing finally being dealt with.

They will negotiate (at least for internet) but you have to fully go through with cancelling service and they will then connect you with the staff that can do it.

I've had AT&T fiber at the house for years, and it has consistently been fast, cheap, and reliable.
