The ideal company is one that has been built successfully, but is either not sure with path forward or the owner is looking to step back to enjoy their success with family or to focus on other opportunities. I have the experience to step in, manage all aspects of the day to day, evaluate where things stand, and either propose opportunities for improvement and growth or to sustain existing success based on ownerships' wants.
After leaving the commercial development industry and achieving and MBA, I've spent the last decade split between managing a smaller aging division of a fortune 500 that needed refreshing and turnaround and taking the reigns of a small family of businesses that had stalled and were looking for a path forward. I was successful with both and my current state of sustaining the day to day has allowed for the opportunity to consult for similar minded entrepreneurs part time or look for my next challenge full time.
