My son was bit by a dog at work (pet place). He filed an incident report at work the next day. He received a bill from the emergency room for $2250. He no longer works there.
He has asked for them to contact him and/or pay the bill and he hasn't heard back.
Is this enough for a workers comp attorney?
I would rather him talk or email the company asking them to pay or he will have to hire an attorney.
