I know ....just win no matter how or how ugly....BUT we need to leave no doubt we are at least the number 7 team in wbb this year and win this game convincingly! Then we need to do the same vs Arky on Sunday....then maybe our Net ranking will get in the top 10! Would like to come on strong to secure a 2 seed for March Madness!

Winning two games this week leaves no doubt that we are the #7 team in the country.
LSU's style will involve us in a physical, rough, low scoring battle. The final will be in the 50s or 60s.
Arkansas' style will involve more scoring, finesse, and transition basketball. The final will likely be in the 70s or 80s. Their games with South Carolina and UConn ended with a team in the 90s or 100s.
We are versatile enough to be better than both of these quality opponents at both styles.
Bottom line, just win. No beauty pageant required.

6-5 LSU. 5:41 in 1st
8-5 LSU. 4:37 in 1st. Too many turnovers.
Biggest problem so far for us is that we have only got up 3 shots in 5:23 of play.
Both team are using the entire shot clock and add to that 3 trips for us ending in a turnover.

The announcers talked about telegraphing passes and we have done that at least 2 times. Johnson has not even touched the ball except for the opening tip.
Team needs to settle down, play tough defense and the offense will get on track.
Looking forward to us trying to pick up the pace

Missing the out of bounds under the LSU basket is one of the most egregious misses I have ever seen a ref make.

Three bad calls by tall & balding go against us.
Let's pray this turns around but we just look lost tbh. It's like we are just content to keep trying to play the same style against LSU and hope one day it works for us. TURN IT UP AGGIES. TURN. IT. UP!!!
