In yesterday's game, I noticed the tu guards were much quicker than ours. If my old memory serves correct, wasn't Alexis Morris a key proponent in the Ags win over tu last season in Austin? I really liked her play last year and her quickness, and I felt that she was underutilized last year in the one season that we had her. I don't recall why she left after last year. Can anybody enlighten me on why she left?

The first game Morris was eligible to play last year for us was against Texas. She scored 6 points and sank some late free throws. She played well but Aaliyah Wilson (17 points, 8 boards) and N'dea Jones (16 points, 10 boards) were probably our top performers.

I do recall seeing Morris play for the first time and just like you commenting on how quick she was.

I don't know what has made her attend 4 different colleges, but the industry thinks she has enough high level game to play at high level schools. It is just being happy anywhere or perhaps others being happy with you that seems to be the issue.

freshman - Baylor
sophomore - Rutgers
junior - Texas A&M
senior - LSU

She sure does transfer around a lot, she may be a problem and not an asset as season progresses.

She left Baylor for an incident that happened off the court. But i believe she left Rutgers and A&M because of a lack of playing time and starting time. She's always liked Mulkey and with her taking the LSU job over the summer I figured she would leave. She more than likely wouldn't have started at PG again this year for whatever reason.

I'm torn by all the transferring. However, I do agree that if she has a goal to play at the next level or even have a shot she needs playing time. She definitely deserved more playing time last year (in my opinion). She will thrive at LSU, and if she was that much of a problem Mulkey would have never allowed her to transfer back to her.
