Found this interesting piece on the potential of Joni's husband joining the staff. Hadn't heard any of this before so though I'd share

Very interesting. I remember when a male coach took over the Dream on an interim basis, but had no idea he was Joni Taylor's husband. It sounds like he would be a tremendous asset to her staff, but would he give up his GM job in the WNBA? Big decisions for the Taylors.

Do you think the only internal candidate they considered was referring to KBW for the head coaching position? Or do they mean that she's the only one being considered for a position with Coach Taylor?

I think they meant for the head coaching job, but wouldn't be shocked if it was the same for assistants staying.

Just to close the book on the KBW stuff, she has removed all A&M connections from her Twitter. You have to realize that Coach Taylor will bring as much of her staff from George that she wants to.

Yeah. I wondered if it's common just for her to bring her entire staff with her from Georgia?

I guess just the coaches she wants to bring. I think the most likely to stay is Sydney but that is conjecture on my part
