You don't own the property and the rules for this forum clearly state you cannot advertise the sale of a property here you do not own.

Because you are clearly breaking the forum rules for listing a property for sale on here. And also, you just seem super shady with this whole deal. Kind of like a scam email or call.

well he's wholesaling it, so it shouldn't be a huge shock that he doesn't want the address out. Anyone who wanted to buy it could attempt an "end around" and go straight to the seller.

Seller is fully aware of the entire situation. He doesn't want people showing up unannounced.
