Howdy, I am new to this forum so not sure if this is the best forum to post in.

We are trying to remodel/restore/add on to, our home outside of Fredericksburg. We have spoken to several contractors and each has suggested getting an Architect to get some drawings.

Our project will involve reconfiguring some interior spaces and adding on to the existing home.

We have spoken with a couple of architects in the area and each of them has told us about their waiting list.

Anybody know of Architects or designers near Fredericksburg that may be available in the not too distant future?

Are you in the city limits? Do you have plans of the existing house?

We are in the county. There are no existing drawings. The house is 100+ years old, but has has a a couple of updates over the years.

They're located in New Braunfels, but service in and around the San Antonio/Austin area.

I would be glad to look at your project and do a free consultation. My business is design and drafting. You could probably guess that 2020-2021 has been a lot of renovation and remodel projects. Part of my work would be to draw the existing house and then show the addition.

Kevin is family (step mom's cousin) and an Aggie. He built my Dad and Step Mom's house in Boerne. Call and see if he can recommend anyone. He's an Aggie 100 Business if you're still evaluating contractors. He does great work. Not sure if he's totally commercial now, or still does residential.
