I have a friend with a property coming up for sale in small-ish town East Tx (population 19K) that has plenty of office space + 2 apartments, lots of parking. Close to downtown.
There are 4 buildings:
Office space in 3 different buildings
2 upstairs apartments in another one with storage/office space below
All need some renovating, hvac, etc. but structures are sound. Not sure on zoning & if the rest could be turned into more residential or not. The neighborhood is mostly residential.
They bought with the intention of renovating, but lost interest & are planning to list soon. If seriously interested, PM me for his info.
