Is there a website or method to find land/empty lot listings that are zoned not residential? Using zillow, I only seem to see residential lots.

This is Denver area.

Maybe GRG knows? I feel like I remember her and her husband being involved in real estate and/or development and they live in the Denver area now.

Definitely check out REColorado. You can search for commercial on there. Let me check with my husband on how they look for commercial properties. He's in land acquisitions, so he'll definitely have a better answer than me.
