I know this is a long shot, but I have an issue with a "void" underneath my crawlspace in my home I am trying to sell. I have two 5-gallon sized holes that i need to have assessed to understand their root-cause and to properly assess the repairs. A few repair companies say they can fix it but they don't employ a structural engineer, which i need if I am going to be selling the property. Especially since one of the holes is next to a support structure.
