Was wondering if any of you have experience as a land real estate agent. Been stewing on this for the past 3 years. I'd like to get into large land or ranch property's. If so, I'd buy you lunch just so I could pick your brain. My soon to be wife is an agent but my passion is more so ranches and land. Currently have a great job in construction but wouldn't mind helping someone on the weekends. Of course I'm an Aggie but also a disabled veteran who's eager to learn and a hard worker. Really would just want to learn from someone who specializes in this area. Thanks for the help.
