My family is relocating to DC and primarily looking in the Falls Church/Arlington/Alexandria area. Can anyone recommend a buyer's agent? We may move quick and buy something sight unseen or take our time and stay in an airbnb for a month or two while looking.

Bonus points if its an Aggie, extra bonus if we can find someone who will rebate a portion of the commission. We're fairly savvy and have been looking casually for a couple of months, but now that our house in Houston is under contract we're ready to get serious.

I lived in Fredericksburg for several years and used Amy Cherry Taylor down there. Smart lady. That may be a little too far south for you but she works that I-95 corridor up to DC.
