I am in the beginning stages of trying to find 15-25 acres of undeveloped land in Lavaca County. Does anyone have recommendations on a realtor that specializes on land purchases in the area? I've reached out to one already to get on their contact list for when something comes up but want to talk to as may folks as possible.

Also, I'm going to be reaching out to a few financial institutions regarding financing options for raw land. I'm familiar with Capital Farm Credit, but is there any other banks that I should reach out to?

We're not in a huge hurry, but if the right property came up, we'd be ready to pull the trigger.

Also open to any other advice/lessons learned regarding land purchases.
