You can search HAR for land like that and even use map view. Lands of Texas is good as well.

I'm about to sell a couple parcels in Uvalde Co. One is 53 ac of unimproved hunting land with a small cabin but no electricity. Electric is about a mile away. At least two auidad have been taken in the past and plenty of whitetail and exotics running around.

What counties are you interested in and I'll see if I have any contacts in that area.

I'm an ambassador for LandBroker MLS. LandsofTexas is owned by Costar and if you don't know anything about the company think of them as the Zillow for Commerical and Land properties. Your data is not private and they have continually gone up on their fees while delivering a very poor product on the broker side.

If you are looking for an MLS type of website Landsofamerica.com (or landsoftexas.com if you want to limit to in State properties) is it. Costar, as mentioned above, owns most of the land and commercial sites including Landsofamerica.com. The market is extremely active add many times tracts of this size don't hit the open market so it would be worth speaking to a farm and ranch agent.
