Does anyone know of an online service or document where I can download to create a home sales contract?

My siblings and I are owners in a home my parents gave us in their will. They want to sell it to me, so just need some basic contract.

We all get along, all well to do, so its a small monetary matter and should not create any future issues.

If there is a real estate lawyer who can write a quick one up, I am happy to pay.

Again, just need something simple.

Meaning they want to sell you their share? If you have an agreed price, I would think any Title company can do this for you.

It is essentially selling their shares to me and I pay them the agreed upon price. I found a contract on eforms that works well. Thanks

Leave the last two pages blank. The broker one wont apply to yall and the last page if for title company.
