Today is a big day for me! I will spend just about every waking hour on TexAgs celebrating the greatest recruiting class in modern history. Almost as important, I get to introduce my online family to my new passion.
My name is Ross Lindsey, Fightin' Texas Aggie Class of '06. I have been posting on TexAgs (formerly STRYKERisKing) since August of 2005, back in the days when Coach Fran was leading us to the promised land, and all of us students lived in fear of our names being maliciously eaten off of a list. As of last August, I am the proud owner Mosquito Hunters of Southlake - North Richland Hills - Grapevine, and I want to help you take back your yard!
Like many others, the "new normal" of the COVID pandemic allowed my family to re-assess our lives on an everyday basis. The extra time I got to spend at home with my wife and our five kids made me realize that driving to and from the office every day just to collect a paycheck didn't provide me with any joy. I wanted to be in a place where I could spend more time at home with my family, but also be able to give back to my community.
Mosquitoes are the deadliest animals on the planet, killing conservatively 725,000 people per year, and mosquito bites are the only way that our pets can contract heartworms. Being a Mosquito Hunter allows me to help protect you and your pets from this threat, and it allows me to just make your back yard more enjoyable.
We currently have 18 locations here in Texas, with more and more opening every year.
