Anyone familiar with the City's enforcement efforts for non compliance? The money doesn't matter but the questions are invasive and the local contact requirement is ridiculous

It must not be enforced. I pay it on all of my properties and I play by the rules. My neighbors rent to 7 plus students with no consequences. It sure is hard to compete if you play by the rules.
I just wish we could get all government out of our business.

I just threw in the towel and paid it. $60 not worth my time fighting but ridiculous CS City Council policy.

I am guilty.
I did the same thing many years ago.
At some point we are going to need to start standing up to the nonsense coming from our local officials.
