Looking to invest in San Antonio area real estate, but I've never done it before.

I'm open to either buying/selling land or homes in the San Antonio area as an investment or also for rental income. I've never done either, but I've been reading up on it some just to get an idea. Are any of you willing to mentor/partner with someone who will have capital but needs guidance? I will post this in the San Antonio and Business forums as well.

Howdy, I have been in the mortgage side of the business for 35 years and have had rental property as well. I would be happy to assist you. My email is bbazar@rpm-mtg.com
. I live in Cuero now after moving from Southlake, so am not far from you.

We're 10 years into our journey to become full time investors and by no means a pro but my wife and I love to meet other investors where ever they are in their process. We've held SFR rentals, completed live in fix/flips, purchased distressed assets from wholesalers with hard money for ground up renovations, operate short term rentals and have recently started flipping raw vacant land to generate income to syndicate a value add apartment deal.

We are in Tobin Hill, give us a shout and we can meet for coffee or a beer at the Pearl.
