Texas Pride Lending for the RMLO aspect.

Fred Bayliss out of B/CS for the seller finance paperwork (or really any real estate attorney should suffice).

Also, if interested, we hire Moat Note Servicing to service our seller finance deals (add their fee to the PITI).

Fred Bayliss was my brothers landlord at that house we were going to rent off via maria but it got completely trashed that summer so we didn't.

I ended up going with Fred on this and I can't recommend him highly enough. Super good guy and knows his stuff. Thanks.
