For those of you who have been on this board since 2007, you may recall me as WellsFargo Mortgage Man. After leaving Wells Fargo in 2008, I stopped my sponsorship on TexAgs and I changed my user name to 84CTSQ5. I was talking to my daughter (class of 12) yesterday, and she asked me why I stopped being Mortgage Man on TexAgs and recommended I change my user name back to Mortgage Man. Since she is so much smarter than me, I made the change today to be more descriptive of what I do to pay the bills (When I was getting my BBA at TAMU in the early 80's, anything over 2.0 was wasted effort). Mortgage Man is back!
