We've been flipping houses for a while and have had good luck with our contractor in the past.

Recently, we've had some problems with him and some of his subs have even stopped working for him. He has some anger issues...

I would appreciate it if anyone has some GC recs for flips in Houston. We typically do houses with an ARV above 400k and have gone higher into the 600s. We'd be looking for a contractor for that kind of work that is mostly older 60s-70s houses that can be reconfigured to open concepts.

Any suggestions is appreciated, and I would welcome a beer at local watering hole to say thanks and share stories/experiences.

TIA.

Flipped several homes in Houston before moving. I had great results with Fast Track Remodeling and certainly recommend them. We did homes in the range you mentioned, and a handful with ARV over $1MM.

I am looking for a GC in the Houston area and found this thread. Did you have any luck with Fast Track Remodeling?

Any other recommendations on a GC in Houston or ones to avoid?

He did a whole house remodel for some folks I know and they were happy with it.

We got bids from Fastrack, but didn't end up using them. Margins started getting squeezed pretty good so we have hit pause for now.
