depends on where it is, what kind of access and utilities it has, floodplain, easements, etc. Without knowing any of that, I would guess in the range of $400-600k. Could be much higher.

Know someone that sold in the Elgin/Taylor/Manor area. 40 acres for 1.4 million. That area is the next explosion.

Land in that area is getting nuts and if you can avoid selling just yet, I would.

The key to selling now is finding somewhere Elon's new boring project wants to set up shop. Had a relative just sell at 100,000 per acre for 23 acres. Was already approaching retirement but that pretty much sealed it.

I also have 27 acres west of Lockhart under contract for 625k

It's currently divided into 4 tracts. Looking to clear it then list for 1.2
