We're working with our builder who has shuffled our PM around and we're struggling to get a complete picture of the magnitude of our lot cut and the cost to remove the displaced debris. We're on an upward slope and are contemplating a 5' to 8' lot cut. The deeper cut will require less foundation. But the more that's cut, the more is hauled off. How can we get a sense of the order of magnitude of the cost of hauling off the cut debris? We have no concept. Is that $2K? 20K?
