Selling my house outside Bellville, TX. Have had two contracts on home but potential buyers pulled out for personal reasons at the last minute. 30-35 minute commute to Katy. Quiet neighborhood with 30 homes on 1 acre lots.

Nice house!

Reorder your photos though - took 18 to get to the kitchen and the very best parts of your home are photos 35+. Most people are bored and have moved on by then.
