Wondering if anybody has any experience listing them. It's only the home itself, as the dirt belongs to the HOA. It's in its original location of build, so I know that helps. Outside of that, what can I do for valuation? There just aren't any comps, at all. TIA

Is it even a real estate transaction if the HOA owns the land? Here's TDHCA licensing requirements
for selling manufactured homes ... would hate to see you walk into an issue.

Can't broker the sell of a mobile home unless your licensed in texas to do so.

I used to have a license and its one of those oddities that is very complex for selling a "trailer house" in Texas.

In fact, what most think of a trailer home / mobile home is actually a HUD code manufactured home and they come with their own little identification tag.

All that said, you should involve a broker to ensure process followed and transaction recorded. Believe the linked website should also list providers.
