My apologies for not being more specific, referring to "Austin's Colony" in Bryan, Texas

Good Friends had a Blackrock home built recently.

They were frustrated. All issues are routed through the real estate agent then the builder's construction manager.
Then replies are back through the real estate agent.
Like the old game "telephone".

They also didn't like they were limited to a few selections on things like granite and plumbing fixtures . Not a true custom home.

They wanted the subdivision and lot location, Blackrock owned it.

I've looked at Oakmont, Greenbriar and traditions also.

Dont limit yourself to your list. any builder can build anywhere. the fall parade of homes in coming up in a few weeks.

I've lived in BCS 30 years, for what it's worth I've only heard of black rock but know nothing about them.
I'd call Blackstone, Crowley.
